Online Tutoring through Smarthinking

ICCOC has online tutoring services for our online students through Smarthinking. This is live, online, personalized learning assistance in:


Accounting	Biology	Chemistry
Economics	A & P I	Intro to Finance
Math	Bilingual Math	Physics
Spanish	Stats	Writing

This service is available from anywhere and at any. time. All you need is access to the internet and you can

connect with an e-structor and interact with a live tutor,

submit your writing assignment for any of your classes to the Online Writing Lab, or

submit a question and receive a response within 24 hours.

How to Get Started

To access Smarthinking, follow the directions below.

Go to www.iowacconline.com.

Log into your online class.

Click on your course link.

Under the Course Home Tab, there is an "Online Tutoring" section. Go to this section and click on the Smarthinking" link.

Note: If you previously accessed Smarthinking tutoring, you will see a screen that asks for your old username and password in order to link your old account and tutoring archives.

Number of Free Tutoring Hours

Each ICCOC student has 15 hours of tutoring services for the academic year (August 2007 - August 2008). Be sure to use your time wisely throughout the year.
