Contact your instructor first to request help. If you need additional help, contact an online tutor or visit the tutoring center at your home college.
Having problems with an instructor or course?
The ICCOC's process for dealing with students' instructor concerns are as follows:
Communicate with your instructor to try and resolve the issue.

If you are not satisfied with the instructor's decision, contact either the Administrator at your home college or Traci Sleep
to express your concern.

The administrator at your home college will contact the instructor's administrator to discuss and resolve the issue.
Note: Be sure to continue to follow up with the administrator at your home college if your issues are not resolved.
Need assistance with registration, withdrawing, financial aid, tuition bills, or program requirements?
Contact one of the Student Services Representatives at your home college.
Problems with your Login ID and/or password?
If you forgot your password, complete this eCollege form and it will be re-emailed to you. If you are having problems with your Login ID and password, contact either the eCollege Helpdesk or Traci Sleep.
Have a course block or been accidentally dropped from your online course?
First contact the Registrar at your home college. The Registrar will send an email to the appropriate ICCOC staff member if you are to be re-enrolled in your online course.
