STUDENT CONCERN PROCESS
The consortium has adopted a common process for communicating student concerns.
The following steps outline this process:

Student is encouraged to communicate with their online instructor to resolve
the issue.

If the student is not satisfied with the instructor’s decision, they should contact
the administrator at their home college.

The student’s home administrator will contact the instructor’s administrator to
discuss and resolve this issue
