Spring 2012 16-week and 1st 8-Week Courses Begin Monday, January 16

 

This is just a quick reminder that ICCOC Spring 16-week and 1st 8-week courses start today, Monday, January 16.  Please be sure to log into your course(s) and read through the course syllabus, the instructor’s announcements, assignment due dates and get started on your first assignments.

 

If you have any questions regarding your course, please be sure to contact your online instructor directly for clarification.  Your instructor’s contact information should be located in the course syllabus under the Course Home tab.  You may email your instructor directly through the Email tool located within your course.

 

To access your online course, you will need to log in at www.iowacconline.com with the User ID and Password that were sent to you in the ICCOC confirmation email upon your registration.  (Iowa Lakes, Northwest Iowa, Southeastern and Western Iowa Tech Community College students may also access their online courses through their college portals.  Please contact your colleges for information and assistance.)  

 

If you did not receive your login information or you have trouble logging in at www.iowacconline.com, please contact the eCollege Help Desk at helpdesk@iowacconline.com or (800) 970-8228 for assistance.  The eCollege Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

If you believe you should be enrolled in an additional online course or a different online course and it is not showing on your personal student homepage at www.iowacconline.com, please contact the Registrar’s Office or Enrollment Services at your college for assistance.  If you need to drop a course, please contact your college for assistance as well.

 

If you still need a textbook, contact your Bookstore right away.

 

If you have not made arrangements for payment of tuition, please contact the Business Office at your college.
